Long Day

All I ever need after a long day of opening gifts and playing, is a nice long nap with my new baby. I haven't even had christmas dinner yet!

The Man was HERE!

SANTA WAS HERE! I got up this morning and found that the cookies were eaten, the milk had been drank, and there was a table full of presents for me! I must have been a very good girl this year, or at least Santa didn't talk to Mommy and Daddy first, but either way, It was great! I got some Weebles, some Dora toys, and some candy! I got a Train set from Aunt Tricia and Aunt Lisa, and I got an Awesome globe from Mamaw Diane and Papaw Darrell. Nana V-Dog got me some great books on cd for me to listen to, and a snowman in a stocking to cuddle up with. Aunt Panda and Unkin Dave got me a Cabbage Patch Doll! (I haven't actually opened it yet because they asked me to wait until they got up so they could watch, but Daddy made me turn my head so he could tyoe it.) What a great Christmas!

Merry Christmas!!!

As the easternmost Polley's in the entire world we get the right, no no, the privilage, to say it before anyone else!
MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL!!!

Frosty The.... Rainman?

Today we went out to build a snowman, but after examining the situation, I realized that it may be impossible, since it doesn't snow here. It has however, been raining for about three days. This time last year our entire housing area was under about 4 feet of water, so we are watching it closely, because the water is already creeping up on the roads outside our place. So we are prepared to carry everything upstairs in the event of flooding! Needless to say, the "rainman" didn't turn out too well. All I got was wet and frustrated. Maybe another year!

The Cookie Eater Cometh!

In preparation for the impending arrival of Santa Clause, Daddy and I took the afternoon to prepare Santa's favorite snack, Peanut Butter Cookies! We made them from scratch, cause Daddy was mumbling something about using rolls of cookies premade being a cop-out or something. All I know is that is was a BLAST! I got to use the flour and brown sugar, I stirred, but mostly what I did was eat! I ate the dough and I ate the brown sugar, I even ate a teaspoon or so of flour! (And I liked it too!) But when it was all said and done, we had prepared some irrestible peanut butter cookies for the big guy. I can't wait till he comes!!!

Roadside Service

Can anyone call AAA? Are you kidding me? All I was trying to do was go to work and now this...
I tell you it's just one darn thing after another around here. First they wont give me chocolate at 9 p.m., then the salt shaker thing, and now this. If it wasn't for bad luck, I wouldn's have any at all!

Buisness as Usual

It is back to buisness as usual around our house...
As I am sure you all know, there is alot of Dora watching to be done and alot of toys to throw around. Today there was some excitement. When Daddy wasn't looking, I sneaked into the kitchen and got my stool and climbed up to the counter. That was pretty exciting in itself, but then I found the salt shaker, and thought it might make a great shotput... So I tried it. Apparently glass is not the best material to make shotputs out of, and the fact that it was filled with salt didn't help matters. But it sure was fun to watch Daddy clean it up!!!

The Italian Countryside

The Italian Countryside... So peaceful.... So relaxing.... It made me want to take a nap. Sorry, but this is all I remember!
