Back in the 'Lou.
Well, Dad's at his army summer camp and Mom was nice enough to let me come out to St Louis for a visit with the Aunts. Lots of fun so far....got here Friday afternoon and then Saturday we went out on Brett's boat. I swam, tubed for the first time, yelled for him to drive the boat "Faster, faster, faster!" Got some pics but on a disposable camera so we'll have to post those later.
Then yesterday we went to the park for a walk and I went fishing and caught the rare and highly prized Leaf Fish. Good times....
Today I went to school and then we went to pick up our Race for the Cure shirts, and down to the Arch for a quick visit.
You KNOW I love that Arch:

Seeing Daddy today....
Hey, I'm super excited...we're going out to brunch with Aunt Mandy & Uncle Dave, Shana, Josh and Grant, and Julie and Jordan, and Tricia & Lisa....fun.................I let Grant have that kiss, and then Papaw Darrell came to pick me up and take me to see Daddy!!!!!!! There are just too many pictures to post here (one of the hazards of visiting Aunt Tricia), but click here and you can see an online album of our week, including our trip to the zoo, Magic House, hockey game, visiting Hannah, going to the Arch and lots of other fun! Good times, but I'm glad to be going back home and back to school...yay!

Hockey game.
So, tonight, we went to the St. Louis Blues hockey game....it was the second game of the season and the Blues knocked the living snot out of the Colorado Whatevers. I screamed and cheered, "Go Blues." Then I screamed, "let's go home." And we did.
Also yesterday we went to the Magic House, which is the St Louis Children's Museum, and they have lots of fun stuff there, including an eletrostatic ball that makes your hair go all crazy:
There was a water area and a pretend truck to drive and pretend fishing and we had a great time. Then we went out to Aunt Lisa's mom's house...it was her birthday a few days ago, so we met Lisa's brothers Brett & Jay there, and also Kimmy and Hannah and Missy, and had cake and went out to dinner and played in the yard. Big ole fun.

Zoooooooo!
Yesterday, we went to the Zoo. First, we stopped by Tricia's work to visit with her co-workers..they all seem to remember me from when I was much smaller...hmmm! Then, THE ZOO! We saw a LOT of awesome animals....apes, monkeys, polar bears, penguins, goats and all kinds of cool stuff. Probably my favorite was the butterfly house. My least favorite? A tie between the snakes and the giant tarantula. I got to pet a guinea pig, watch the zookeeper making the meals for the animals, and--yeah--I kissed a goat. Again. (Plus, one little goat butted me in the knees. Hah!) We rode the train and the carousel and....I got to eat a hot dog. How awesome is that?

Bounce YOU!
Ok, so I'm in St. Louis, visiting Tricia, Lisa & Chevy & Joe-Joe, and today we went to this very cool place called BounceU. It's just this massive indoor room with 5 or 6 different moon bounces to play on. One was a big old slide (and the lady who was in our room with us told us she puts Pledge on it to make it super-speedy-fast). We went to "open play," but---ha-ha-----we were the ONLY ones there, so just us in the whole big room. We bounced on all the toys and went on the slide about, oh, 500 times. Very cool!
The video is sideways...sorry...but you get the idea.
The room we were in was the red room, and then the lady let me look in the blue room, and all the bounces were deflated! They deflate them every night to clean 'em and then it only takes about 10 minutes in the morning to inflate them all. It was awesome.

Party time.
Today was my Daddy's 30th birthday...can you believe it? Well, actually, his birthday is tomorrow, but we had a party for him today and my Nana and Mamaw and Papaw and my sissies and Mamaw Frances and aunts and uncles and cousins and lots of folks. We had hamburgers and hot dogs (mmmm, hot dogs!) and it was big fun.

A boyfriend for Lexy?
Today, I went with Aunt Tricia to take a Christmas card photo for Shana and Josh. Their little boy, Grant, is 2, but he's pretty tall and very cute. We played a bit, but I kept one-upping him. When he said he was two-and-a-half, I said, "Well, I'm three-and-a-half." Then he said he could run, so I showed him I can gallop. Hah. Then he tried to kiss me and I acted all mad, but I talked about him all afternoon and he is VERY cute. Give me about 15 years, Grant, and we can talk about another kiss!
